If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivered within 7-14 business days. To check the status of your order please use our order tracker here.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your Flash Steals account once your items have shipped. Please make sure emails from email@example.com are not being sent to your junk mail folder. You can also check your tracking information at any time within your Order History at www.trendylover.com using the steps provided below:

At this point, we ship to 48 contiguous states in the United States, we also ship to Canada and are unable to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO, FPO.
This means slightly longer shipping times than you might be used to, however, you can sleep well knowing that you’ll be getting the absolute best prices on the internet.
We ship via UPS, DHL, Fedex, and USPS. Which service depends on what you order and from which location it ships from.
90% of Trendyfashion orders are in transit to you in 5 business days or less. Once in awhile, we get a hot deal from a partner that might take a little longer, so as a general rule, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for us (or our partner) to get your shipment out the door.
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your tracking number is available. Please note, it may take an additional period of time for your tracking information to show movement.
If you ordered multiple items please note that some items are shipped separately. For each item ordered you may receive a separate package.
